Customer Service Staff ( Chinese Language be Advantage)

• 01 PERSONS FOR BOOKING & DOCUMENT STAFF:

- Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
- To receive booking information as well as ensure the equipment arrangements for Operation Dept. timely follow-up.
- Creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer within timeframe;
- Receiving shipping instruction from customer via COSCO system, doing B/L and submit AMS /ENS
- Checking & amending B/L as customer request regarding cargo weight , commodity, certificate
- Booking & vessel clean-up within timeframe
- Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
- On duty list after working hour to check export list with ports
- Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery and special service requirements.
- Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.
- persons for inbound staff
- Handle customer’s Inquiry relating documents & service information.
- Sending Arrival notice and releasing delivery order to customer
- Check & collect demurrage & detention charge exactly
- Bill handling: able to handle all kind of B/Ls, accurately & timely update B/Ls, ensure correct and accurate documents prior issue/release to Customers.
- The customs: e-manifest handle on customs system.
- Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.
- Co-operating smoothly with agent, colleague & head office to solve problem regarding customer claim
- Work in unison of Account for collecting ocean freight & charges before cargo released & follow up with customer for outstanding issues such as payment & documents.

02 PERSONS FOR TRANSSHIPMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN:

1. Transshipment:
-Timely pre-check the volume of incoming shipment and inform and book the space to local vendors;
-Send booking, documents and container list to vendor for arrangement;
-Send vessel schedule to relevant party
- Pre-plan bookings 1 day before incoming vessel arriving at T/S port;
- Trans-shipment results available 1 day after cargo departs T/S port;
- Send Manifest and B/L with Freight to Oversea agents;
2. Supply Chain:
-Collect and check the rate with vendors;
-Timely update the service and rate;
-Offer rate to required parties;
-Ensure rate update on system in time;
-Process booking with vendor & arrange smooth operation

1. Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics, Foreign Trade
2. Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese language capability, working in shipping line /freight forwarding will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, teamwork and able to work under pressure
5. Not over 27 years old
