Customer Service Specialist

Contract time: 14 months

Purpose of the job

Reporting to
To the regional Customer Service Manager

Areas of Responsibilities
• Provide effective, proactive and professional service to assigned direct customers and others
• Manage customer orders, enquiries and supporting activities by telephone, email, SAP (System Application Programing) and other mediums
• Work within the larger Customer Service team to support colleagues locally and internationally where needed
• Thorough excellent knowledge of SAP (System Application Programing) and with a high customer focus, identify and resolve issues proactively and help the customers and colleagues to efficiently manage requirements
• Apply Danfoss processes and procedures in daily work, be open to new ways of working yet remain flexible to ensure customer remains as the focus
• Handling of all Logistics Request with global production sites

• You improve the quality of your work on a daily basis by learning and implementing new skills with help from the Manager and the Continuous Improvement function
• Excellent customer care skills (verbally and written)
• Customer focused attitude
• SAP (System Application Programing) experience in a Sales / Customer Service environment and others CRM (Customer Relations Management) Systems, such as SalesForce.com
• Understanding of typical supply chain / logistics
• You are actively involved in problem solving
• You have good interpersonal skills
• You communicate effectively, both oral and written
• You are flexible and welcome change and improvements
• You treat each customer as an individual
• Used to work under pressure
• In addition to your mother tongue English is required

Educational Background
Preferably a bachelor’s degree within the commercial area or certificate within customer service

Working experience
• You have minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in a front office or related environment
