Mô tả công việc
1. To ensure that clear and correct details are received from customer at booking stage.
2. To communicate with DHL network and local customers to ensure all cargo are properly arranged in line with SOP,
customer’s requirements, carriers, local authorities.
3. To ensure that all cargo been released / delivered on time without incurring extra charges.
4. To ensure proper follow-up with all outstanding matters
5. To ensure that all shipment been handled with smooth situation for import and export.
6. To ensure that all shipping advice, debit note, cost details are done timely and accurately.
7. To ensure all shipments handled complying with special handling instructions and requirements of customers, customs, carriers and local authorities.
8. To ensure all assignments are met within the specified deadline provided.
9. To ensure all shipments docs are filed correctly and accurately as per ISO.
10. To give idea/comment in meeting, strictly follow company’s policy and attending for all team building activities .
11. Take rotation once needed as per management request.
12. To ensure good teamwork to cooperate with others to contribute with team leader in developing workload .
13. Other assignment as per line manager's request.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor Degree in International Business/ Logistic - Supply Chain Management/ Import- Export
At least 2 years of experience in the same position
Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of international trade, understanding of Air Freight/ Ocean Freight operation procedures.
Good analysis skills, results orientation and good team work.
