Mô tả công việc
- Deeply understand Import and Export Procedure
- Deeply understand and regularly updating new Law on Customs, import-export tax and licensing related logistics section for implementation
- Responsible for controlling the preparations of documents for customs clearance for both import/export air and sea
- Contact carrier and co-loader for document
- Arrange the trucking with trucking company to make sure no delay and good condition.
- Performing other tasks assigned by Management
- Resolve the matter appear when cargo have damaged
- Issue HBL/HAWB
- Work with governmental agencies, customs broker, customs authorities, customers and suppliers for any problem with cargos
- Work with vendors, customers for shipment smoothly
- Make debit notes for customers/agents and other related ops reports in need.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
*Can work for Hyundai Glovis Vietnam from August of 2019.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.
- At least 2-4 year-experience in import-export field, prefer for experience in logistics
- Experience in handling Equipment import and export shipments
- Good English is a plus
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under high pressure and team work
