Customer Service (Seasonal Contract - 6 Months)

Receive, respond and solve to customer requests. 

Coordination to provide services as the request of customers 

Revenue confirmation and reporting

Maintaining relationships with customers 

* Education: 

  - Graduated from University of Economic, Foreign trade, foreign language or related majors.

* Experience: 

   - At least 6 months - 01 year of experience in Customer Services staff position in international freight forwarding/logistics field. 

* Skill: 

   - Good English (both in writing and speaking)

   - Understanding about Incoterm; 

   - Using proficiently Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
