Mô tả công việc
Department/ Location: Customer Service/ SGN
Direct Line Reporting: CS Manager
Key Tasks
1. To follow up accounts separately with Seafreight whenever relating shpts occurring. Preferred experience in USA routing.
2. To follow each shpts in consequence set out in the job covering for Seafreight.
3. To follow up on customer shipment advices and feedback to customer and overseas stations and the account holder to make respective shipment arrangement (pickup, booking with carriers etc.).
4. To check and verify documents and update to relevant parties.
5. To work closely to SOP set out by Salesman / Customer Service Supervisor
6. To inform Customer Service Supervisor of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors standards and services.
7. To feedback pre-claim details and status to customers.
8. To handle incident management and handles customers inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
9. To verify and incoming invoices.
10. To handle job costing after shpt handling.
11. Control shipping run by obtaining loading confirmation from carriers.
12. To handle other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics/ forwarding industry
2. Good experience to handle US shipment is preferable
3. Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations
4. Basic geography knowledge
5. Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
6. Good PC skills.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Customer-oriented mind
9. Sense of responsibility, team work and creditability
