* Job Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

* Job Description
• Act as the representative of HQTS to deal with various customers & vendors
• Help customers’ process orders
• Maintain high service level and cater to customers' need and request
• Deal with customers & vendors with inquiries and complaints
• Handle difficult customers & vendors with manner and efficiency
• Act as the communication bridge between customers, vendors and internal departments on various problems and come up with the best solution
• Arranges inspection daily.

* The Successful Applicant
• University graduate in any disciplines
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent listening, writing and communication skills
• Highly-motivated, independent and proactive
• Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization
• Service-oriented with good persistence to work under pressure
• Prior experience in Customer Service within B2B field is an advantage

* Compensation
We offer 5-day work, monthly performance bonus, 13-month salary, staff training & development to successful candidates.
