Mô tả công việc
1. Interface and handle customer order and samples issues
2. Process order details in DAX system. Issue order to vendor and PI to customer
3. Sales order data check and insure accurate data
4. Acknowledges PO and resolves customer concerns. (Required the spirit of "We work for customer")
5. Communicate of delivery schedule to all involve parties ( Customers, OIA destination, OIA CS Taiwan, Supplier, Ocean team, Air freight team, Logistics Team)
6. Collect data and do reports concerning daily operations, for OIA Material to review as weekly & monthly basis.
7. Do delivery performance analysis of customer and report to report management as monthly basis.
8. Follow up claim replacement and returns.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. 2 years or above experience in material-supply to footwear factories.
2. Strong operation and process background in Customer Service
3. Good command of English (and Mandarin will be an added advantage)
4. Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
