Mô tả công việc
- Sourcing with Vendors for potential products.
- Dealing the trade term with vendor/customer.
- Preparing the official quotation.
- Processing Purchase Order from customer.
- Liaising with the shipping / courier services companies to handle the shipment internationally and domestically.
- Monitoring the shipment status and follow-up with the customer related department to update the delivery schedule & arrangement.
- Inventory management.
- Coordinating with accounting team to follow up invoice, delivery note and cash-flow.
- Other general administrative works in HCM office.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background in foreign trade or import/export;
- 1 years’ experience or above in relevant position;
- Good command in oral and written English;
- Good PC skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), E-mail and Internet;
- Having a sense of strong responsibility and time management.
- Communication skills with customers, supplier and colleagues.
