Customer Service Representative

Specific work:

- Checking customer emails every day and answer their questions about service, quotes and order-related issues.
- Handling customer requests, learning and handling problems arising from customers / forwarders / third parties related to order processing, if any.
- Send quotes & lists, prepare contracts for other certificates / confirmations if required by customers.
- Working closely with the warehouse department to ensure the delivery time for goods.
- Send notifications and remind requests for payment to customers.
- Cooperate with other departments or related partners to provide services to customers.
- Making reports or other tasks as required by superiors.

- 1-2 years of experience related to this position
- Beginner to intermediate English
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Need to work in Long An factory 1+ times per week by company car.
