Customer Service Representative

• Being the primary point of contact for the customers assigned to you
• Coordinate the new product launches activities according to the Road Map
• Coordinate monthly Rolling Forecast with customers.
• Secures customers order fulfillment: Order management, design administration,
• Liaising with Business Development, R&D, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing to secure smooth order handling and on-time delivery
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of meeting with customers
• Maintain customers records
• Provide administrative assistance to management team members as required

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
• Studied, lived and worked in North America or Europe and fluent in English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
• Experience in customer fronting, including regular face to face customer service.
• Good in customer service, customer handling and customer communication
• A high level of communication skills is required
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Ability to coordinate among different teams internally to ensure orders are fulfilled.
