Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Overall purpose
- Effectively maintain the highest level of customer service standards through support of related departments and by providing efficient and consistent delivery of support services to customers.
- Support CS Manager on YMH ASC Management to ensure Authorized Services Center services complying with YMH Policies
- Manage customer databases
Key responsibilities and duties
- Feedback promptly to customer inquiries in professional manner (Phone, email)
- Speaking on the phone (In bound & Outbound calls)
- Following-up and report customer inquiries / and customer information
- Finding the answers/solutions to customer queries/issues
- Manage Authorized Services Centers qualities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal, external departments to solve customers’ issues

Required working experience
• At least 1 years in Customer Service or Call center
Required qualifications
• At least college degree in Hospitality/ Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing
Required languages
• English proficiency
Required knowledge and skills
- Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
- Self – motivated, dedicated and integrity
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication, persuasive and influencing skills
- Able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times
