Customer Service Representative (Ecommerce Operation)

Job Description:

• Being the representative of our Company in connecting and communicating with customers of Our Ecommerce Platform
• Also acting as the main liaison between the customer and the supplier/seller, using our system for tracking all the steps in the customer's order from the moment the customer places an order until the customer receives the goods and completes the payment / or complete return and exchange procedures
• Well and fully understanding all information about products, order information, order status, promotions, company policies, user functions & vendor functions guideline of Our Ecommerce Platform
• Promptly receiving, supporting and professionally resolving service issues, inquiries and complaints from customers / partners, via all interactive channels such as live chat, email, hotline, etc. .
• Using CRM system to input, track and handle all issues of customer/consumer/vendor
• Any other duties given by the manager to improve the function and quality of our services

Requirements:
• Female - from 22 - 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operation or equivalent field
• Good voice, strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Working Experience in the field of E-commerce / Furniture / logistics is an advantage
