Mô tả công việc
- Input-docs: receiving bookings, shipping docs and ensure timeliness and accuracy via supporting sources like PPR, DIA,…
- Output-docs: Prepare original docs (hawb, manifest, vendor docs,…) and dispatch docs pouch to attach with MAWB & Cargo.
- Communicate with local shippers, factories, terminal operations team, airlines, oversea agents
- Update TEAMS & CW1 milestones with shipping details which is visible to customers timely and accurately
- Send pre-alert to destinations, uploading docs in CW1 eDocs and following up with feedback from destinations
- Create billing, sending and receiving Invoice and Credit Note from Customers and oversea agents
- Monitor uplift, transit time, track & trace for timely update cargo status to relevant parties
- Support to AF Team Supervisor & Department Manager on trouble shooting, resolving pending issues related to Airfreight
- Support Airfreight Import Team, Ocean, Logistics & other teams on daily operations upon request
- Make weekly & monthly statistic reports
- Follow with Accounting team for timely receivable/payable arrangement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated in Economy, Foreign Trade and Marines
- 3 years or above experience in freight forwarding; Airfreight operation is a plus
- Experience in carrier contract negotiations, routing and cost structure
- Fluent English (and Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Internet
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
