Mô tả công việc
- Receive pre-alert from origins offices/ agents
- Check and preparing import documents to ensure all is correct and ready for customs clearance
- Contact carriers & origin stations for transit report to update cargo status & arrival notice to consignees
- Follow up with ground handlers TCS/SCSC to update cargo arrival status, resolving irregular issues
- Work with consignees to complete an import shipment after delivery
- Support Ocean/Material/Logistics Teams on daily issues related to airfreight import upon request
- Support Export Customer Service Team upon request
- Handle Claims/Trouble shooting
- Support Team Manager with weekly/monthly statistic report

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated in Economy/Foreign Trade/Logistics
- At least 2 years of experience in airfreight inbound; airfreight outbound and ocean freight is a plus
- Experience in carrier negotiations, routing
- Good English skills, Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Internet
- Good written and verbal communication skills
