Mô tả công việc
- Negotiate the best buying rates and services from global offices and local vendors.
- Create quotation and sales proposals through pricing strategies.
- Take care of the shipments until get booking confirmation then hand over to Operations team.
- Develop and maintain existing business.
- Identify business opportunities for company service.
- Collaborate with the team on pricing decision, vendor selection and timing.
- Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systems / customized reporting systems.
- Understand and support the goals, policies and procedures of a. hartrodt.
- Ensure all the quotations, SOP in related to customer to be saved properly on the server.
- Other duties as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Freight forwarding knowledge.
• English is a must. Japanese or Korean is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinking.
• Customer orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good discipline.
• Organizational skills to handle multi-tasks.
• Take Initiative, teamwork, self-motivated, detailed.
