The Customer Service Planning Expert's responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks:
- General administration jobs
- Service AP/HR/outsourcing management
- Service visual image management
- KPI management to secure healthy operation and achieve targets
- Activity coordination in service events/customer care programs/service marketing campaigns
- SVC budget management: forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; budget adjustment
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Other jobs when needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate with bachelor degree in Economics or related fields
- Approximately 4 years of working experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good English skills (writing & speaking)
