Report to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
• General support of sales engineer in sales administration
• Enter Sales Order in ERP daily, change goods on loan in ERP
• Update new customer ID and Sales Order number in CRM
• Update Master Item Data
• Check and fill-in the weekly PlanPO before sending to manager for approval
• Prepare and forward documents to warehouse officer in order deliver goods
• Support Sales Engineer on preparing documents for pre-sales (authorized letter, sales contract, bidding documents) and after-sales (following the check-list from sales engineers)
• Book the hotel and air ticket for all MT-VN staffs following MT-VN guidelines
• Apply Visa & Travel Insurance for MT-VN staffs and Global MT guess
• Check quarterly demo stock in physically and report to managers for improvement
• Manage the company transportation (rental car, taxi) to ensure cost efficiency
• File all customers' agreement
• Organize seminars (in-house, public), events
• Support on signing documents, goods delivery for Ha Noi office (if need be)
• Qualify contacts / accounts and enter into CRM
• Acquire new contacts / accounts
• Clean CRM database
• Greeting visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Answering telephone, taking and delivering messages, transferring calls to related department and checking phone records
• Providing general administrative and clerical support
• Assisting direct mail send out
• Maintaining stationary supplies for department
Desired Outcomes / KPIs
• Correctness and timely enter order into ERP and update on CRM
• Supervise on-time delivery of the goods to customers
• Ensure the customer satisfaction through good support to sales team
Salary: based on qualifications

• Education: Diploma in business or similar
• English: read and speak basic English
• Computer skills: Ms. Office
• Experience: Prior customer service skills is preferred but not compulsory (junior level is acceptable)
