Customer Service Officer - Ưu Tiên Nữ

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Responsibilities:
• Accepting order inquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow up queries.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization.
• perform customer verification
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
• Process forms, applications and requests
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions

** Job Requirement
• Vietnamese Nationality, Female age from 23 - 30 years old
• Have good experience in customer service in trading field is advantage.
• Have good background in electronic or automation field is advantage.
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast learner and self motivate
• Team-oriented and service minded
• Careful and patient, able to work under pressure.
