PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
. Customers needs handle
. Manage Daily repair report
. Challenge EMR team on pictures to have correct estimation
. Monitor the materials and spare parts used daily
. Update& complete dry containers on Merc+
. Update& complete reefer containers on Merc+
. Admin job
. Manage Weekly OOS & longstanding
. Monthly report to Team leader and Customer Service Manager
REPORTING AND SCOPE
. Monthly report to Finance Manager and Customer Service Manager
WORK/BUSINESS CONTACTS AND AUTHORITY :
. Internal contact: All BU in the company
. External contact: Customers, Shipping lines OPS.
. Customers needs handle

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor degree in Economic / Foreign Trade/ Accountant… University
- At least 2 year-working experience in forwarding / logistics / data entry
- Good command of spoken English
- Initiative, persuasive and proactive
- Customer focused, achievement driven, team work
- Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation
- Excellent in office software such as word, excel, internet, outlook
