Customer Service Officer

- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

- Providing information about training programmes, courses, registration procedures, level test and promotions, etc.

- Receiving inquiries, feedback and questions from potential customers or customers who have used the service at the centre in a friendly and professional way.

- Managing the Academy courses when on duty

- Answering customer enquiries and solving customer problems or passing them on to the appropriate person.

- Coordinating Stationary and Equipment for evening courses

- Managing, recording and keeping track of students data

- Corresponding with parents via Facebook, email, phone, etc., responding to any question, request or complain from parents, following up to ensure resolution

- Recording and reporting parents and students comments back to MD and Centre Manager.

- Good Vietnamese and English language skills, both writing and speaking.

- Experience at customer services/receptionist work.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of business.

- Good organisational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

- Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
