Mô tả công việc
• Dealing with orders as per company policies, procedures and sales contracts with customers:
• Receiving and input orders into system
• Contact with customer and confirm orders
• Follow-up and control the order
• Handle customer’s requests
• Implement post-selling services: participate in services complaint handling, implement FG exchange and return procedures
• Check all information related to sales activities as company’s policies and procedures:
• Selling price and new information of customer
• Information of new product
• Maintain good communication with related function to achieve good support for CS activities:
• P&S : order processing
• Sales Rep. : relationship with customers
• CO: credit status of customers
• Optimal production capacity and inventory of materials
• Supplier management and purchase order management
• Report any inability to meet customer demand and revise forward plan
• Conducting analyze of the long-term forecast to provide input such as recommendation to the business on capacity offering
• Monitor the safety stock, min. stock, max. stock, etc. in order to avoid the extra stock and obsolete stock or stock shortage
• Make the forecast for production capacity and production material
• Sharing production capacity and capacity plan with the relative department
• Monitor all orders in order to get all materials on time
• Report any inability to meet customer demand and revise forward plan
• Negotiate with supplier in order to get the best price for company benefit
• Look for the new competitive suppliers as required to extend the supplier source

• Bachelor Degree with major of Business administration or Industrial Management
• Good knowledge of textile and dyeing production
