Mô tả công việc
1. Jetty Customer Service
- Manage contracts (overview, expiry date, renewal, draft contract based on template);
- Manage client insurance (terms, expiry date, reminder);
- Provide guidelines to clients for first shipment;
- Support organization of Jetty events;
- Handle client survey and satisfaction measurement;
- Receive claims and requests and follow up with solution;
- Prepare communication letters and minutes of meeting;
- Coordinate with EJVN operation team on clients’ issues.
2. Customer Service Support (General)
- Prepare application for licenses, submit and follow up
- Support post-license steps (stamps, license tax, bank account, etc.)
- Prepare contracts
- Follow up contract execution (payment + product delivery)
- Follow up with contractors during design and construction
- Document control and filing
- Prepare letters
- Update overview of contracts and client profiles

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in either economics or engineering
- Experience in complex contract negotiation
- Experience in solving client claims
- Ability to absorb basic technical knowledge
- Analytical and statistical skills on prices, income and loss
- Excel
