Mô tả công việc
- Receive handover from Sale, check CR and contract; check Siebel; create client folder
- Initial client contract, call client for desired audit date; update Siebel
- Scheduling; check black list/bad debt; allocate audit team; follow up the client's confirmation; update revenue file; collect client's document/update
- Post schedule; prepare audit plan; send audit plan to client
- Logistic; book car/air ticket/train ticket; visa application; hotel booking
- Audit package; send audit pack to audit team
- Follow report
- Follow NC; remind client; follow auditor to complete the report; send inform letter of closing NC to client.
- Issue Certificate
