Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, well-organized and service-minded Customer Service Officer for our office in Ho Chi Minh City, District 2. You are also speaking and writing very well in English.
We expect that you have experience from similar employment in a Customer Service Unit and that you have strong administrative skills and good understanding of Customer Handling. You are probably around 24 to 35 years old.

Responsibilities:
• Politely service our customers and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality service.
• Administrate pricelists and agreements with customers within our systems and secure that the CRT (Contribution Ratio) is following guidelines of the company.
• Coordinate timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Prepare contracts and other relevant documents in connection with sales.
• To maintain proper work attitude and integrity at all times and observe the confidentiality of this position.
• To answer stock and price queries from Sales and Customers.
• To perform order management duties on an accurate and timely basis from order entry up to on-time delivery and include issuance of Order Confirmation.
• To liaise with partners / manufacturers to ensure delivery commitment is fulfilled.
• To coordinate with customers and Finance Department to ensure payment on time.
• To maintain Customer Master Data in various company lists and systems and file market information.
• Maintain sales statistics and other relevant statistics including monitoring of established KPI.
• To prepare information and issuance of delivery documents such as B/L (Bill of Lading), P/L (Packing List), C/O (Certificate of Origin), C/Q (Certificate of Quality) and C/W (Certificate of Warranty) as per request of the customers.
• To facilitate customers’ complaint to the Quality Assurance / Store and follow up with corrective actions (presently to the director).
• To maintain proper update and filing of orders and shipping documents.
• To handle daily accounting matters and liaise with our outsourcing accounting company

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• A background in Customer Service and Accounting.
• Preferably minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience and understanding of Accounting principles
• The ability to think out of the box.
• Self-starter who is organized and able to get the work done.
• Confident, outgoing and easily adaptable.
• Able to speak & write English
• Excellent with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and other relevant software.
• Good presentation and time-management skills.
