Mô tả công việc
*Purpose of the position
• Handle the entire import shipping process
• Perform document processing tasks.
• Update Company applications.
*Key Tasks
• Responsible for managing the full import process
• Receiving and understanding of customer’s request for shipping and relevant documents (Purchasing Order; Invoice; Packing list; Shipping Report, etc)
• Liaising with oversea offices, carriers, other relevant departments to arrange booking orderExpediting / routine follow up on status of shipments to ensure that oversea, carrier, 3rd party vendor arrange to load, deliver goods as plan
• To follow up on customer shipment advices/ sending shipment data to customer timely as per SOP
• To administer proper file opening/closing/checking and preparation for archiving
• To submit manifest to customs office
• To update Track & Trace system (Pantrace / Intrac, SCA, Combass.net and others applications)
• To work within SOPs and rate card or quotation from Sales department and overseas offices.
• To monitor the adherence to SOPs
• To inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors standards and services.
• To handle incident management and handles customers inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
• To verify and post incoming invoices
• To handle job costing / Closing file in Shipping Run (SAP)
• To take up additional tasks as assigned

• In line with scope of tasks and in agreement with management

• Experience in logistics/ forwarding industry
• Knowledge of local and overseas customs regulations
• Good command of global logistics and supply chain management
• Self-organized (prioritize, plan, execute, self-control)
• Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Skills & Competencies
• Basic geography knowledge
• Basic accounting and administrative skills
• Customer service skills and team player
Educational background / Work experience
• BA in Foreign Trade (minimum college diploma in foreign trade studies)
• Minimum 2 year experience in Forwarding / Logistics industry
Language skills
• Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Computer Literacy
• Good PC skills and accurate typing
• Experience in logistics/ forwarding industry
• Knowledge of local and overseas customs regulations
• Good command of global logistics and supply chain management
