Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for building customer relationships with customers after sales
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Building, training, developing the Customer relationship team professionally with Bitexco’s standards
- Responsible for liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Monitoring on updating the CRM logs and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Managing in carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate, holding MBA is a plus
- At least three years working experience in similar level; Experience in real estate sector is essential, other experience outside of the industry is also a plus
- Experience in building Customer relationship program in luxury product segmentation
- Good interpersonal skills, numerical skills and communication skills (English is essential)
- A good “team player”, career-minded and enthusiastic, ready to learn and ready to contribute to the growth of the Department and the Company
- Willing to travel far for short or long periods of time and working overtime if needed
- At least three years working experience in similar level; Experience in real estate sector is essential, other experience outside of the industry is also a plus
- Experience in building Customer relationship program in luxury product segmentation
