Customer Service Manager (Garment/textile)

 Work with customers to provide and process information as requested, questions from customers about product testing services, resolve complaints, if any
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure the process of order is not interrupted, test results are distribution to customers timely and accurate
 Maintain good relationship with existing customers to ensure service quality and sales goals of the company

- Giao tiếp tốt (trực tiếp/ email/ điện thoại), có phong thái lịch sự, tự tin
- Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh (nói và viết)
- Sử dụng thành thạo các thao tác vi tính văn phòng và phần mềm Microsoft Office
- Xử lý tình huống tốt
- Làm việc với áp lực cao, tổ chức sắp xếp công việc tốt
- Ưu tiên biết ngoại ngữ khác ngoài tiếng Anh (Hàn/ Hoa/ Nhật)
- Good communication (direct / email / phone ) , be polite demeanor , confidence
- Use good English ( spoken and written )
- Proficiency in computer operations and office software Microsoft Office
- Handling situations better
- Working with high pressure , organize the good work
- Priority knowing other languages than English ( Korean / Chinese / Japanese )
