Mô tả công việc
- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
- Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
- Solving all the matters/problems related to operation jobs
- Report to Korean Manager/ Director for any irregularity.
- Experience about Customs clearance and liquidation will be a plus.
- More detail information will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years of working experience in freight forwarding /Shipping Operations/ Customer services with minimum 3 years management role.
- Full knowledge in forwarding filed in Vietnam northern area, especial experience of Customs Clear
- Have working experience in foreign forwarding company.
- Strong analysis skill and project management.
- Good time management and multi-task management skills.
- Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels.
- Ability to function as an effective team member .
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
- Good communication with customers as well as colleagues.
- Bilingual as native speaker for local market and good English both in oral and written.
- Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package
