Customer Service

REPORTING TO: CMO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING ROLE
- Provide the support and organization during information sessions registration, admission appointments, school visits, recruitment seminars.
- Handle customers’ queries via phone, mail, online channels or face to face.
- Provide customer service to prospective and current families, both in person and on the telephone.
- Be responsible for updating applications on Admission site system.
- Report detailed statistics of potential and successful applicants from database
- Provide Admissions & Marketing Reports as required by Line Manager.
- Contribute to marketing, PR and course promotion activities (meeting, open day, seminar careers fairs, etc)
- Internal MKT: in charge student engaged activities

ACADEMIC ROLE
- Work with Withdrawing students to obtain the necessary withdrawal documents and/or as required by the Institute.
- File and manage the current and withdrawn student’s files, Manage student file
- Assist newly enrolled students with enrolment process.
- Handle students and families’ queries via phone, mail, online channels or face to face.

RECEPTION ROLE
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls.
- Greet / welcome clients and visitors of the Company.
- In-charge of receiving/sending documents / letters / fax, then distributing them to respective persons / departments.
- Check bills and invoices for mailing and confirm with Accountant for payment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Line manager

- At least two years’ experience in the same position in a school, college, university or similar institutional environment.
- Bilingual in Vietnamese and English
- Good communication skills
- Strong ability to use ICT, Microsoft Office, Excel, Words, ….
- Experience in an international professional work environment would be an advantage;
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, and the ability to gather, analyse, explain and consolidate data for management reporting.
