Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Keep contact with company’s customer to ensure that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and handle as much as possible.

• Find the chance to extend business.

• Understand well market’s situation as well as competitor.

• Update market buying rate – selling rate to pricing team as well as leader – manager to have solution to win more biz.

• Prepare quotation to customer / agent.

• Solving arising issue with customer – agent – carrier (rate / space / schedule / equipment / free time…).

• Create Estimate Job costing and be sure profit margin as company’s rule.

• Follow and support to remind customer settle payment on time.

• Follow company’s rule as well as handling’s process.

• University degree (maritime, business, economics, transportation, mathematics) or above.

• Two years’ experience is advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English;

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent understanding of freight process

• Highly organized, able to prioritize and work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate good numeric and analysis skills

• Flexible approach to daily tasks and work load

• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point).

• Able to work independently with overseas customers and vendors

• Good teamwork

- Full contract with 2-month trial period

- Salary depends on the candidate qualifications / experience (300$ - 500$)
