What’s the job?
- You will receive calls from customers and handle, follow customer hotel-booking requests.
- Timely response to customer’s enquiries or requests;
- Check reservation with hotels and reconfirm.
- Follow customer from the beginning until the end during the tours; handling complaints and problems related to services, ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Introduce and consult about products, services, remind check-in schedule (room and airport pick-up)
- Make customer’s survey under required scope.

How Do I Know If I’m A Good Fit?
- University or College: Hotels & Tourism Management or other related majors.
- Good at English skills is a must.
- The voice must be clear, inspirational and not lingering.
- Having at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of hotel reservation or Sales/Operation/Tour Guides…in tourism field is a plus.
- Priority candidates have experience in customer care
- Good at communication skills and negotiation and telesales skills.
- Able to work under pressure, meet the deadline on time
- Ability to do team-work as well as work independently
- Proficient in using Internet and office software
- Confident, dynamic and open-minded
