Job Summary
(Main objective(s) / purpose(s) of the role)
In this role you will be responsible for serving customers by providing product, store and service information and resolving related problems
Principal Accountabilities
(All accountabilities of the role)
1. Resolve customer's enquiries in all channels
- Resolving products & services problems by clarifying with internal related parties
- CS hotline, E-mail, Homepage, SNS Customer's enquiry Feedback after internal discussion with related part
- Compliment Record and managing by greenus
2. Review customer's V.O.C
- Regularly updating customer's V.O.C by on & offline searching (e.g. Product, service, store, green us etc)
- Checking customer's opinion regulary and react when critical issue happens
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and needs.

Financial KPIs:
- N/A
Non-financial KPIs:
- Overall customer satisfactory with customer service activities
- Timeliness of response to customer inquiries, complaints, etc.
- Proactiveness to follow-up with other departments to ensure customers inquiries are fulfilled/ complaints are resolved.

Qualification and experience:
- Education: Business Administration / Marketing / PR (Preferred)
- English: conversational / business level.
- Computing / software: MS Office
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer service. Experience in cosmetic customer service is a plus.
