Mô tả công việc
1. Take care of the online shop (pre-sale and after-sale service)
2. Get the question and problem feedback from the customer.
3. Clarifying desired information and providing information to customers.
4. To research and choose the best answer. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
6. To collect and evaluate all relevant information to handle the product.
7. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
8. Record details of actions taken.
9. Record customer database for interactions and transactions.
10. Maintain customer databases.
11. To make the customer service report.
12. To cooperate with the engineer to answer the question of customers.
13. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
14. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Gender: Female
2. Education: Vocational college or College.
3. Required skills: communication skill with the customers.
4. Have related experience, background in online business for tiki, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Sendo… is preferred (at least 01 year)
5. Have related experience, background in customer service or another related background is preferred (at least 01 year).
6. Independently and team working.
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Hard-working, patience, responsible at work.
9. Nice voice is preferred.
