Mô tả công việc
• Support existing & new customer’s enquiry – coordinating buying & selling rate to prepare full quotation by communicating local / overseas office & partners
• Coordinate / Monitor between internal operational team & external customers regarding order fulfillment status
• Report discrepancies in customer forecasting of shipments operations procedures, recommend solutions to improve smooth handling
• Handles incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction, retention and extending contact to sell new or additional products or services
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides timely updates on incident solution
• Follow up sales leads and coordinate meetings with existing & new customers
• Expand business opportunities from existing & new customers from nomination shipments

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fluent in English written and spoken to liaise with clients and overseas offices / partners.
• Minimum 3~5 years’ full customer service experience with both airfreight / oceanfreight / cross-trading
• Solid knowledge of Air & Ocean freight Import / Export and general logistics industry and market understanding
• Strong communication skill with internal and external customer contacts
