Mô tả công việc
- Answering customer’s feedbacks and requirements professionally (hot-line phone, email)
- Manage Social Channel Inbox messages related to customers’ orders.
- Following-up customer inquiries.
- Provide After-Sale service according to the company policy.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with Marketing, Logistic, Sale department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graphic designing experienced in graphic designing
- A good portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, -Photoshop, Premier, Aftereffects)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
***Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
