Mô tả công việc
• Assist to do administration paperwork, document control
• Translate and interpret documents from English/Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa
• Take note and memos during meeting; do the meeting minutes
• Gather and input information, data, records; manage databases; draft the project reports
• Follow up, coordinate with CS team during the assigned project’s excecution and timely update to Direct Manager
• Study on law requirement, industrial practice and highlight key concern and make the sumarisation
• Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fresh Graduates
• Proficient in spoken and written English, and Mandarin is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Work and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at data analysis
• Can do attitude; willing to learn
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
