Customer Service In Freight Forwardng

- Get booking shipping line, agent for import/ export shipment & send to customer.
- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
- Succeed at heavy price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
- Set up standard procedure of new customer.
- Provide quotation and customs service to customer
- Cooperating with related departments for smoothly operation.
- Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
- Independently generate new sales revenue.
- Handling customer enquiries professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction
- Collaborate with your team on pricing decisions, supplier selection and timing.
- Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systems / customized reporting system
- Report especial cases/ troubles and work result to manager

- University or College Degree, major in Foreign Trade or International Business is preferred.
- 2 year of working experience in Sea/Air Freight Forwarder.
- Experienced in Customs declaration is preferred.
- Good command of English
- MS Office high skills
- Good communication skills, business mindset, customer orientation, achievement driven, teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure
- Working in long-term.
