Mô tả công việc
- Received pre-alert from Agent
- Input data in the MLG' software
- Send arrival notice to customer
- Contact with warehouse and driver to received original docs,
- Solving the problem related daily work
- Issue debit note, credit note and check the date to complete the shipment
- Good communication with Agent, carrier, supplier, customer...
- Report to Manager details of shipments, ... if required or any problem
- Input data in the MLG' software
- Send arrival notice to customer
- Contact with warehouse and driver to received original docs,
- Solving the problem related daily work

- Education: From University
- English
- At least 02 years of work experience about ocean import and customer service;
- Good soft skills; Good cooperation
