A US-based company are seeking implementation staff to install and support a powerful integrated system for brand protection, inventory control and communication.
You’ll be part of a team that delivers high-quality installations, maintains good customer service, and supplier relationships. You will:
> Work with the implementation team to design, install and configure the system at customer locations.
> Identify, assess and manage issues / risks during all phases of a project
> Follow guidelines to produce and submit timely and accurate service documentation
> Develop standard and custom documentation as part of the implementations
> Work closely with Production Support to ensure local partners are well supported
> Continue to improve the installation process
> Participate and support development of team members through cross-training
This system is used by global, multi-billion-dollar brands to fight against fake products, achieve efficiencies in inventory, create new communication channels with consumers, deepen customer loyalty and establish profitable collaborations with business partners.
The work schedule is a five (5) day work week. Travel to Asia-based factory locations (Vietnam, China, etc.) may be required with overnight stays (>20% travel) dependent on implementation schedules.

Required:
> Minimum 1 year of professional working experience
> Honest, hard-working, detail-oriented, friendly and co-operative
> Able to learn company products, support customers and contribute to organizational goals.
> Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Powerpoint
> Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
> Able to succeed in cross-cultural and multi-language work environments.
Preferred Skills
> Previous experience with footwear or apparel is desirable. Previous experience in factory or manufacturing environment would also be an advantage but is not required.
> Able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage, but is not required. Candidates with Mandarin skills are encouraged to apply.
> Basic database education or experience (Oracle, MySQL, etc.) would be an advantage but is not required.
> Previous travel experience working with factory management or customer account management would be an advantage but is not required.
