Mô tả công việc
The successful candidate will assume but not limited to the following responsibilities:-
• To report directly to the Head of Operations.
• To plan, organize and coordinate the movement of shipments based on customers’ requirements with EHO/IHO offices.
• To ensure accurate entries of data into FLOW system to be in line with weekly data quality checks report.
• To arrange bookings and transhipment in line with Company’s service commitments and customers’ needs.
• To monitor and update shipment status on the FLOW system.
• To prepare and release shipping documentation and ensure timely and accurate movement of shipments and documentation.
• Declare manifest and submit to VNSW’s website for import shipments, have experienced in Manifest amendment.
• Working with related parties: SSLs, Vendors, customers to solve problems if happened.
• Daily check Milestones in Flow to ensure KPIs targets are archived.
• Other work assigned by team leader.
Salary: Negotiation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Customers’ service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of working experiences in Freight Forwarding, Custom brokerage, Shipping or Supply Chain Management
• Articulate and has excellent oral and written communication & computer skills.
• Able to fulfill time-critical task on time and keep to schedules and deadlines.
