Mô tả công việc
- Follow up with pre-sales & post-sales service issues that include but not limited to promotions, products, delivery, installation, order cancellation and return order arrangement through phone, instant message and email
- Maintain accurate system records and monitor inventory transaction to ensure sufficient stock for customers
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand, communicate concisely our company policies to customers
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand on different channels: hotline, Facebook, IG…
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
- Consolidate and analyze raw data to prepare statistical reports for management review
- Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our stores to achieve seamless sales service for customers
- Work in collaboration with Marketing team to post product’s images, information and any essential data on our online shopping channels
- Participate in online sales channels development and e-Commerce workflow establishment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 - 4 years of experience in customer service or related industries, preferably in fashion
- Have understanding and preferably some E-commerce experience
- Must be a sales-oriented person with good communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
- Demonstrate initiative with the ability to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
- English and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook…), have ability to learn new applications quickly
- Experienced in managing and operating e-store and day to day online retail operations is a plus
- Photographic knowledge is a benefit
- Be able to develop great relations with co-workers
- Proactive, innovative and self-motivated
