Mô tả công việc
- Monitor customer requests/complaints: follow up on all customer requests and ensure that clients receive the necessary responses/information in due time.
- Update customer requirements: request and update customer’s requirement to manager, related working and feedback on solutions.
- Support Sales team: update and maintain customer information records, customer contact list; support sales with various tasks including client database, competitor analysis and key account plans.
- Coordinate with other departments in customer relations to update weekly/ monthly sales report to Sales Manager.
- Update customer requirements: request and update customer’s requirement to manager, related working and feedback on solutions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Vietnamese, from 22 years old, University or College Degree
- Fluent Korean Language speaker
- Preferred with Logistics experience
- Good communication skills
- Solid background in Customer Service
- Requirement: CV in Korean
