Mô tả công việc
1/Co-ordinate with customers and colleagues to fulfill the job.
2/Co-ordinate with carriers (airlines, shippers) to proceed the shipments.
3/Handle daily working related to operation and documentation.
4/Solving all the matters/problems related to operation jobs
5/Create and amend Booking
• Receive and proceed booking instruction
• Check, fulfill all information which requires per trade/service… and release booking within timeline
• Send email to HO/ involved dept for approval before accepting booking for DG/OOG…
• Send email to HO/ involved dept for COD cases and update system

Yêu cầu ứng viên
A- Minimum 1 year experience in FWD/ logistics/ airlines company
B- Good communication skills (Chinese ), spoken and written
C- Be good at the communications between the China headquarter and the local Vietnamese forwarders.
D- The working experience in international logistics and forwarding business is preferential.
E- Good at learning, Be good and careful in dealing with documents.
