Mô tả công việc

Tasks:
• Check buying cost and prepare the quotation as per local sales’ request for all shipments which depart or arrive in HAN/HPH and all domestic in North of Vietnam.
• After having received rate confirmation from customers or local sales, CS prepare handling instruction & send to in charge operation ASAP at least after one working day.
• Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of sales meeting, preparation of sales collateral material and client SOPs.
• Maintain customer tariffs; administrate necessary activities inc. rate increases and schedules.
• Manage a favorable commercial relationship with the assigned account(s) that will promote Customer satisfaction and loyalty, business growth and profitability.
• Provide backup function to assigned BDM, Tender & Pricing & CS Manager.
• Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management.
• Update account developments and activities in CRM Responsible for a smooth business implementation and handover to Operations and ongoing monitoring of contract compliance.
• Make quotation to customers as assigned by BDM, Tender & Pricing &CS Manager if requested.
• To file claim with Insurer for the cases under Sales’s customers Customer Complaint Handling.
• To follow-up the resolution of all complaints at country level.
• To analyze the pipeline of issues and to provide the country organization with KPIs.
• To monitor the local teams in handling the process.

Authority to decide:
• Pricing authority within the accounts and guidelines.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Educational background
o Business administration / foreign trade/ economic
o Industry experience (minimum 3 years); Language skills: English
• Functional / Industry requirements
o Functional experience in air / ocean / logistics / SCM and client related IT solutions.
o Understanding of the customer’s specific requirements and customers market environment.
o Demonstrated sales and account management capabilities.
o Complete understanding of GW strategy and products.
o Comprehensive regional market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall economic environment).
o Basic business administration competence.
o Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign, delegate and control).
o Capable of meeting the expected growth and maintenance goals with assigned customer.
o Analytical and strong problem solving skills.
o Customer focus, Consultative approach.
o Communication and interpersonal skills; Effective team player.
o Able to work in a diverse environment and cultures, Relationship management.
