Key duties/responsibilities of Customer Service Executive
• Make relationship with local customers as well as nomination customers overseas.
• Following all air importation shipment
• Contacting to shipper for releasing booking when oversea office/sales confirmed.
• Send shipment information to Overseas for approval.
• Contact to airlines for the rate if any.
• Getting the SOP of customers to studying for related department.
• Updating customer profiles.
• Make relationship with local customers as well as nomination customers overseas.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male and female from 22 years old
- Knowing English as well is an advantage
- Speaking Chinese is a plus
- Having knowledge in Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field is an advance.
- Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking.
- Honest, passionate, cheerful.
- Knowing English as well is an advantage
