Opportunity for rapid growth to Management for the high qualified and suitable candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keep and develop good relationship with all members
• Consult and explain all members’ inquiries
• Conduct supports to members such as booking of accommodation, air tickets, visa approval, tour and other travel related services to travel mostly abroad: Australia, USA, EU etc.
• Provide members ‘ feedback to the Management
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Managers.
• Work Location: 44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Eager to learn.
• At least 3 year of experience in Tour Operation Companies. Preferred experience in Outbound tour operations and good relations with land-tour supplier abroad.
• Good experience in booking including flights and accommodations ( online)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, highly recommended for working in foreign companies.
• Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills.
• Fast worker, able to multi-task and handled workload in a high volume and fast pace environment.
• Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office
Working time: 5 days/ week (from 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm, 02 weekdays off)
