• Guarantee the quality of information recorded and transmitted to the customer
• Identify process improvements to facilitate access to information.
• Completion of semi university degree is required
• Attend customer requests received by phone;
• Identify customer needs;
• Reverse situations of dissatisfaction through negotiation and empathy;
• Register the calls answered;
• Manage warranty cards registration and update
• Handle the procedure of product exchanging or returning.
• Customer satisfaction survey (customer interview )
