* Job Descriptions:
• Manage order from receiving purchasing order till receive payment
• Coordinate with related team to update delivery schedule and loading confirmation to customer
• Carry on a business negotiation with customers, follow up customer outstanding issue and inquiry
• Resolve problem and ensure to provide the highest level of service to customer with aim of achieving business retention
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Female. Age under 28 years old.
• At least one year working experience in forwarding and logistic company as customer service.
• Good knowledge of export and shipping, trading document procedure.
• College or Bachelor degree in related fields.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Initiative, persuasive and proactive.
• Customer focused, achievement driven, team work
• Strong communication and negotiation.
• Working hard and result oriented.
• Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people
