*** Responsibilities:
- Being contact window with customers for all issues related to trade services, cargo tracing, documentation, operation. etc. to meet customer’s inquiry
- Key A/C monitoring, supporting
- E- booking / E-SI handling
- Claim & Insurance knowledge is an advantage
- Report to the manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*** Qualifications:
- University degree: BA of Foreign Trade/Economics/Maritime
- 2 - 4 years experienced in shipping
- Proficiency in computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Experience in Agenteam system working is an advantage
